Price Match Promise
At Advantage Empire we work hard to offer great prices, and we want you to buy with confidence. If you find the identical product (same brand, model and specification) available for a lower price from another UK online retailer, let us know and we'll do our best to match it.
If you find a lower price within 30 days of your purchase from us, contact us and we'll review your request and, where eligible, refund the difference.
How to request a price match
Email info@advantagempire.co.uk with a link to the identical product and your order number, name and contact details. We'll review it as soon as possible.
Conditions
- The item must have been purchased from our website before requesting a price match.
- The competing product must be the exact same brand, model and item, brand new and in stock, and available to deliver to your location.
- The comparison must use the total price including delivery, taxes and any fees.
- The competitor must be a UK-based online retailer. Auction listings, third-party marketplace sellers, clearance or refurbished items, and "buy one get one" or rebate offers are not eligible.
- The lower price must not breach any manufacturer minimum advertised price terms.
