Advantage Empire ships to mainland UK addresses. Shipping rates and delivery estimates for UK orders:

Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days in transit from dispatch. Larger equipment shipped on a pallet by freight carrier may take longer - we will confirm the expected timescale for your order. Transit times are estimates based on the dispatch date, not the order date, and may be affected by weekends, holidays or an invalid shipping address.
Order Handling Time
Please allow 1–2 business days handling time to prepare your order for dispatch. Larger equipment shipped on a pallet by freight carrier may require additional lead time; we will keep you informed of the expected timescale for your order.
Dispatch & Fulfilment
We work with established UK suppliers and distribution partners. Some items are held by our partners and are dispatched directly from their UK warehouses to your delivery address. This does not affect your order, your warranty, or your rights under our Returns & Refunds Policy
We remain the seller and your point of contact for the entire order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing the tracking information. Tracking is also available on your Order Details page.
Delivery Areas
We deliver to most of mainland UK. We are currently unable to deliver to the Channel Islands (Guernsey, Jersey), the Isle of Man, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland (BT postcodes) and BFPO addresses. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your postcode, please contact us before ordering.
Delivery Method
Larger items are delivered by a third-party freight carrier and are kerbside delivery only. Professional installation can be arranged separately on most orders through our trusted installation partners – please contact us if you would like installation arranged.
International
We currently sell and deliver within the United Kingdom only and do not offer worldwide shipping.

Warehouse Collection (selected products)
Selected products - currently our GEO tyre machines, wheel balancers and combo packages - offer a Pickup From Warehouse option on the product page. These items can be collected from our partner warehouse at Sandford Street, Birkenhead, Merseyside, CH41 1BN. After you place a collection order, we will contact you to arrange a convenient collection time. All other products are delivered to your location as described above.
