Shipping policy

 * The Transit Time is calculated based on the shipping date, not the order date. The actual shipping date can be delayed due to invalid shipping address, weekends/holidays.

Order Handling Time

Please allow handling time to prepare your order for shipping, this can take 1-2 business days. Most of the orders will be shipped out within 1 business day except weekends and holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us containing the tracking information. Tracking information is also available in your "Order Details" page.

Order can be delivered to the most regions of mainland UK, except military BFPO addresses (postcode starting with BT, BFPO, BF1, HA46DQ, D18CX65, E41TR26, D24HK7D), Channel Island (GUERNSEY, JERSEY, IRELAND).

International Reach

We currently sell products in United Kingdom. Now we do not offer worldwide shipping.

In all cases, we will employ a third party, national trucking company to deliver your purchase. All deliveries are curbside only. Logistics Partners will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers. Please Note: We don't accept requests to specify a certain carrier to deliver the order.

We work with multiple manufacturer's and suppliers, shipping is arranged from the closest warehouse to the customer's address.
