As soon as you've placed an order, an automated confirmation email will be sent to you.
The team will get started right away and will send updates as they come in. Once the order has been packed and ready to ship, you will receive an updated email. This will also include the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order. Most orders will be shipped with tracking however the delivery method may not include tracking information on occasion.
Feel free to also check the latest status using the "order history" page when you log in to the account page on the website.

Please inform us as quickly as possible as only changes to orders that have not yet been processed for shipping are possible.
Adjustments to orders are likely not possible if this has already been processed for shipping. If the status is "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any modifications to your order.

We process orders as quickly as we received them and once you've placed your order, you can expect this to be prepared and ready to ship after 1 to 2 business days.
Standard shipping times within the UK are between 1 to 5 business days.

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

In this scenario, please check with the shipping company, often times, a second delivery attempt will be performed the next working day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on the country and delivery method you choose.
They may also leave a note for a collection point such as a local post office, where you can go to collect your package. However it is important to get this aligned before missing the first delivery attempt.

The delivery partner will handle the clearance and will invoice you in your local currency for the duties and taxes linked assigned to your order.

Our Returns Policy provides you 30 days to return or exchange an order with a valid order reference number and receipt. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, ordered items must be in the same conditions as you received it, including tags, and original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase. The 30 day period gives you time to examine the order as you would in a store. To receive a full refund, the order must be returned in the same condition. New is defined as re-sellable.

Upon delivery, please inspect your item(s) for any damage. If damage is apparent, even on the packaging, please note it when signing for delivery, or write “suspect damage” if you cannot inspect the contents immediately. We guarantee any of the products sold through our online store to be free of defect. We would gladly accept any return or exchange request resulting from a defective item granted they respect the following conditions:
