This website at advantagempire.co.uk (the "Services") is operated by ADV STORES LTD ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England & Wales (company number 16697696), registered address 117 Wharf Street North, Suite A, Leicester, LE1 2AD. By using the Services you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
1. Using our store
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when you order and to keep your account details secure.
2. Products
We make every effort to describe and show our products accurately, but colours and appearance may vary depending on your device. Product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice, and we may correct errors, discontinue products or limit quantities at our discretion.
3. Orders
When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance, and we must receive payment before an order is accepted. We sell to both consumers and business/trade customers.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is charged as set out in our Shipping Policy. The price payable is the price displayed at the time you place your order, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, such as those caused by carriers. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please see our Shipping Policy for further details.
6. Returns and cancellations
Returns, refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
7. Intellectual property
The content of the Services, including text, images, graphics and design, is owned by ADV STORES LTD or its licensors and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use this content without our prior written consent. Third-party brand names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Liability
The Services and products are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and you and ADV STORES LTD submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
