Returns Eligibility

• You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
• Items must be returned unused, in original condition and with original packaging intact.
• A valid order reference number and proof of purchase are required.
• Returned items must be re-sellable to qualify for a full refund.
• If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Your Legal Rights

This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have 30 days to reject faulty goods. Where statutory rights apply, they take precedence over this policy.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email info@advantagempire.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order and include your full name, order reference number, address, email address, contact number, date of purchase, date the goods were received, and the items you wish to return. If approved, we'll email you return instructions.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
• Refund processing time: up to 10 days after approval (bank processing times may vary).
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Change of Mind Returns

If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund. This does not apply to faulty, damaged or incorrect items, or where you are exercising your statutory cancellation rights.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us immediately and email clear photos of the issue to info@advantagempire.co.uk. If visible damage is present on arrival, we recommend refusing delivery. Eligible faulty items may qualify for repair, replacement or refund as applicable. Warranty claims are handled according to the manufacturer's guidelines; damage caused by misuse or failure to follow instructions is not covered.

Non-Returnable Items

Because we supply automotive garage and workshop equipment, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns for custom, made-to-order or bespoke items; equipment that has been installed, used, fitted or commissioned; and items returned without original packaging where that packaging is essential for safe transport. This does not affect your right to return faulty goods.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched - contact us as soon as possible at info@advantagempire.co.uk or phone 0116 4810180. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it in accordance with this Returns & Refunds Policy. This does not affect your statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Exchanges

For the fastest service, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item. This does not apply to faulty, damaged or incorrect items, which we will repair, replace or refund in line with your statutory rights.

Returning Items Safely

Some items are heavy or fragile. When returning products, use secure packaging, inform the courier if the item is delicate, and ensure the shipment is fully insured for its retail value. Some products may carry specific return terms by brand - please check the individual product page.
