Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, your payment will be in pre-authorized state with your bank, the payment will not withdrawn at this stage. We will first confirm product availability and complete the order processing once the item is in stock and ready for immediate dispatch. Then we will capture the payment and process your order right away. The payment should then be withdrawn at this stage.
In the event of any delay, such as an item being on backorder, we will contact you to discuss the revised lead time and stock replenishment. Once agreed, the payment will be captured and we will proceed with progressing with your order.
Order Delivery
For in-stock items, once your order is confirmed and payment is captured, it will be dispatched within 1-5 working days. You will receive tracking details via email within 48 hours of dispatch.
If you haven’t received your tracking information within 6 working days, please contact us at info@advantagempire.co.uk for assistance.
Damages
We kindly ask that you inspect all items carefully upon delivery. If any item appears damaged, even if this packaging is damaged, we advise you to note this on the delivery receipt and contact us as soon as possible. Should you notice damage after accepting the delivery, please email us clear photos of the damage to info@advantagempire.co.uk so we can assist with resolving this.
Cancellations & Refunds
Orders canceled after 12 hours of placement may be subject to additional fees. If your order has already been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method used for the order.
