Our Returns Policy provides you 30 days to return or exchange an order with a valid order reference number and receipt. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, ordered items must be in the same conditions as you received it, including tags, and original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase. The 30 day period gives you time to examine the order as you would in a store. To receive a full refund, the order must be returned in the same condition. New is defined as re-sellable.
The return policy for the various brands that Advantage Empire offers do differ. For precise return policies for each product, please see the product pages for that item.
Our Returns Policy has no bearing on your statutory rights. Your statutory rights shall take precedence over any provisions in our Returns Policy that contradict with them, and the specific infringing section will be declared inapplicable.
Under the Consumer Rights Act of 2015, you have 30 days to reject, and under the Consumer Contracts Regulations of 2014, you have 14 days to return.
You can reach us at info@advantagempire.co.uk to initiate a return. We will email you instructions on where and how to deliver your package if your return is approved.
If you are requesting a return based on change of mind, there will be a charge to cover the delivery costs and a restocking fee.
Damages and faults
Kindly check your order when it arrives and get in touch with us straight away if something is broken, defective, or incorrect so that we may assess the situation and correct it.
We request that you check every item carefully when it is delivered. We recommend that you refuse delivery of any damaged goods. Please email info@advantagempire.co.uk with clear pictures of any damaged items as soon as you find out about them so that we can initiate an insurance claim on your behalf.
You may be eligible for a warranty-covered repair or replacement if your order develops a defect from regular usage (as specified in the manufacturer's handbook).
Please email information about the issue to info@advantagempire.co.uk, and we will work with the manufacturer to arrange for a repair or replacement. Please be aware that this policy does not cover any damage brought on by improper usage of the order. To prevent your warranty from being voided, please make sure you thoroughly read the manufacturer's handbook before using your item.
Non-returnable items or exceptions
Returns are not accepted for some items, such as
- Perishables (food, flowers, or plants).
- Customised, Bespoke goods (such personalised items or special orders).
- Personal hygiene products (like cosmetics).
- Hazardous material returns are not accepted, gases or liquids that catch fire.

Exchange
To ensure quick exchanges, please return the item you have and once the return has been approved, make a separate purchase for the new order.
Returns
After receiving and reviewing your return, we will let you know whether or not the refund was authorised. You will receive an automated refund using the original payment method if it is accepted. The amount of your refund will be reduced by any delivery costs. Please keep in mind that processing and posting the refund may take some time for your bank or credit card company.
Cancellations
Order cancellations made more than 12 hours after the order was placed may incur additional costs.
You, the buyer, will be liable for all expenses related to returning the goods if your purchase has been shipped. Only the original payment method used to place the order may be credited with any refunds.
Refunds will be issued using your original payment method unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund.
How to Return a Product
Please ensure your return request is made within 30 days of receiving the product.
To initiate a return, email info@advantagempire.co.uk with the following details:
- Your full name
- Order reference number
- Address
- Email address
- Contact number
- Date of purchase
- Date the goods were received
- Specify which items you wish to return (if part of a multi-item order)
Once your return is approved, please send the product back along with a note indicating whether you’d like an exchange (and the replacement product details) or a refund.
Returning Items to Us
Some of our products are fragile and require careful handling during return shipping. If you are returning a delicate item, please ensure the courier is aware of the package's contents and that it is fully insured for the full retail value.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately for assistance.
Sale Items
Sale items are eligible for refunds under the same conditions as regular-priced items.
