Returns Eligibility

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

  • Items must be returned unused, in original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging intact.

  • A valid order reference number and proof of purchase are required.

  • Returned items must be re-sellable to qualify for a full refund.

If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Please note: Return conditions may vary by brand. Always check the individual product page for any specific return terms.


Your Legal Rights

This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

  • Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have 30 days to reject faulty goods.

  • Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, you have 14 days to return items purchased online.

Where statutory rights apply, they will take precedence over this policy.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email info@advantagempire.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Full name

  • Order reference number

  • Address

  • Email address

  • Contact number

  • Date of purchase

  • Date goods were received

  • Items you wish to return (if part of a multi-item order)

If approved, we’ll email you return instructions.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

  • Refund processing time: up to 10 working days after approval (bank processing times may vary).

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Change of Mind Returns

If you are returning an item due to a change of mind:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.


Exchanges

To ensure faster service:

  1. Return the original item for a refund.

  2. Once approved, place a new order for the replacement item.


Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately.

  • Email clear photos of the issue to info@advantagempire.co.uk.

  • We recommend refusing delivery if visible damage is present.

Eligible faulty items may qualify for:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Refund (as applicable)

Warranty claims are handled according to the manufacturer’s guidelines. Damage caused by misuse or failure to follow instructions is not covered.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Customised or bespoke items

  • Personal hygiene products (e.g. cosmetics)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases


Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for returns and refunds under the same conditions as full-price items.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders cancelled more than 12 hours after placement may incur additional costs.

  • If the order has already shipped, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
