Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! Once we receive your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided at checkout. This means your order has been received and your payment method has been pre-authorised.
I placed an order but I haven’t received a confirmation email. Why?

I have received the order confirmation, what happens next?
We check with our warehouse or suppliers to ensure the item(s) are available for dispatch. If available, your order is processed, and we aim to ship within 1 to 5 business days.
If any item is unavailable for immediate dispatch, the pre-authorisation is released from your payment method, and we’ll contact you via email or phone.
Why do you need my phone number?

Do you deliver outside the United Kingdom?
We only ship in the UK. Please contact us if you are in the EU or would like international shipping, as this is done on a case-by-case basis and upon request.
How long does it take to dispatch my order?
We process orders as quickly as we received them and once you've placed your order, you can expect this to be prepared and ready to ship after 1 to 2 business days.
How long does delivery take after dispatch?
Standard shipping times within the UK are between 1 to 5 business days. However, larger or bulky items may take a bit longer.
Can my order be delivered to a PO Box?
