A Universal Mode ensures safe charging when the battery type is unknown, removing the need for prior identification before beginning a charge.

The Startium 480E permanently analyses battery health throughout the process, adjusting output voltage in real time and displaying voltage and charge percentage on the digital screen. It charges to 100% and enters float mode automatically at completion, requiring no intervention. Fault codes appear directly on screen to simplify troubleshooting, and the alternator test function helps identify charging system faults during the same session. When the vehicle is started, the unit automatically delivers current to assist without requiring manual activation.
