Keep more diagnostic and programming work in your workshop with the THINKCAR THINKTOOL X10S. This 10-inch diagnostic tablet combines OE-level diagnostics, bi-directional testing, and online programming with access to THINKCAR remote technicians for additional support.
Integrated video, voice, and text communication lets you discuss diagnostic issues and arrange remote programming assistance directly through the tool. From module coding to software updates, the X10S helps your workshop tackle more complex jobs and reduce reliance on outsourcing.

- OE-level diagnostics: Read and clear fault codes, access supported vehicle modules, and perform guided diagnostic procedures.
- Online programming: Supports selected vehicles from BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Å koda, Porsche, Smart, Nissan, Renault, Subaru, Land Rover, Jaguar, Hyundai, and Kia.
- Remote technical support: Connect with THINKCAR remote technicians through video, voice, or text to arrange diagnostic and programming assistance.

- Automatic VIN identification: Identify supported vehicles automatically to simplify diagnostic setup.

Service and Maintenance Functions
Access a wide range of supported procedures, including oil resets, throttle relearning, steering angle sensor resets, brake servicing, battery registration, injector learning, coolant bleeding, AdBlue resets, and DPF regeneration.
ADAS calibration functions are also listed, with compatible calibration equipment and applicable software access required. FCA secure gateway access is available for supported vehicles, subject to registration and an additional fee.
Remote Programming Support
Start a session through the on-screen remote function, select a THINKCAR remote technician, and share the job details. Once the service fee is agreed, the technician can access the tool remotely to carry out supported diagnostic or programming work.
Remote programming requires a wired internet connection and a suitable vehicle battery support unit throughout the session. On completion, the remote technician provides notification and a report.
