14 Day Returns

We have a 14 day returns policy for all Cruzaa e-bikes and scooters. Customers have 14 days from delivery of goods to make us aware of any issues. The condition of the product must be undamaged and in original packaging. Once this has been checked and approved we will process the refund.

If you receive a product that is defective or incorrect in any way, we will ask our supplier to ship a replacement as soon as possible and we will reimburse you for any costs incurred for return postage of the defective product.

12 months manufacturer warranty to cover any internal electronic components and 6 months manufacturer’s warranty for the battery.

Please note, privately-owned e-scooters can not be used on public highways (roads/pavements), and can only be used on private property with the landowner’s consent. Appropriate protective equipment should be worn at all times. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ride your electric scooter within all UK laws, both national and local.

Privately owned electric scooters are soon going to be legalised to be ridden in public with certain restrictions.
